It's on the high side but worth every penny. The staff were always there for help and are some of the best people you could ever come in contact with! My fiance and I lived here for a year and a half, and only moved because we had purchased a home. To start off, our apartment was spacious and very nice. Everything is new and we really enjoyed the modern look. On top of that, the amenities are another great bonus. I would use the gym daily, and during the summer, we went to the rooftop pool as much as we could. They have a large TV up there as well, and I got to spend weekends up at the pool watching Blues games when we won the Stanley Cup

I have lived here for 2 years and loved it, but my new home in Texas awaits! The leasing staff are all wonderful and truly care about their tenants. During covid they had a lot of upset tenants when they had to close some of the amenities due to the CDC regulations, but it wasn't their fault for doing what was required and to help keep us safe. Although they were often met by angry & impatient tenants, they remained professional, kind and helpful.

Sign a lease now!! If you are looking I would highly recommend VOTO. The property management is amazing and they were always so understanding. The amenities are amazing. Yes, they are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The management does genuinely care, they even gave us Christmas presents! It was the best place I’ve ever lived!
