Apartments Near Saint Louis University

I lived here over 2 years and loved it more and more every single day. It's a very involved community. Great for young couples looking for a first apartment. It's on the high side but worth every penny. The staff were always there for help and are some of the best people you could ever come in contact with! I was very happy with my decision to live here and I'm sure anyone else would!

My fiance and I lived here for a year and a half, and only moved because we had purchased a home. To start off, our apartment was spacious and very nice. Everything is new and we really enjoyed the modern look. On top of that, the amenities are another great bonus. I would use the gym daily, and during the summer, we went to the rooftop pool as much as we could. They have a large TV up there as well, and I got to spend weekends up at the pool watching Blues games when we won the Stanley Cup

I have lived here for 2 years and loved it, but my new home in Texas awaits! The leasing staff are all wonderful and truly care about their tenants. During covid they had a lot of upset tenants when they had to close some of the amenities due to the CDC regulations, but it wasn't their fault for doing what was required and to help keep us safe. Although they were often met by angry & impatient tenants, they remained professional, kind and helpful.

Great place to live and Excellent staff ,We lived here for two years and loved it . the maintenance was always quick if needed ??and beautiful property with good gym, rooftop swimming pool and all the shops and restaurants in such close proximity and it’s a real winner. Enjoyed our stay - thanks to The Villages Of Twin Oaks staff !

Sign a lease now!! If you are looking I would highly recommend VOTO. The property management is amazing and they were always so understanding. The amenities are amazing. Yes, they are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The management does genuinely care, they even gave us Christmas presents! It was the best place I’ve ever lived!
